How Far Will Your Ticket Take You

Working in Euston Station presented us with some challenges, like having to paint through the night. The idea was to create various narratives by folding the ticket and drawing on their back.

This is the first mural of the second cohort commissioned by Network Rain. The back of the tickets was a space for individual freedom and folding gave us a 3D effect

Painting seven nightshifts in Euston Station brought the team together.

The motto: How Far Would Your Ticket Take You implies that there are other imaginative journeys you might go to by reinventing the ticket.

To ensure a good mix in the final design, we asked one student develop a ticket idea and then others to folded them. This allowed the team to have an even sense of ownership.
